Description
Balansa clover has a high feed value and is extremely palatable to livestock. This annual self-regenerating variety is well adapted to most soils and handles waterlogging and slightly salt-affected conditions well. Balansa does very well under continuous grazing and with its high levels of regeneration, this can lead to very high winter production. Balansa is hard seeded and known for its abundant spring growth and high-quality fodder characteristics.

- Sowing Rates 5-6kg/ha as a sole crop or 2-4kg/ha as part of a mix
- Rainfall 450mm+
- Mid Season Maturity – 115 days to flowering (Perth)
- Resistant to clover scorch and root rot
- Provide soil nitrogen whilst providing an effective disease break
