Description
BPS Premium Mix is a new addition proving to be very popular in higher rainfall areas and as an all-round option. Using a mid to late season blend of four ryegrasses paired with the addition of a clover mix for added optimum nitrogen fixation, this mix ticks the boxes. Atomic Ryegrass has been used for its high hay and silage yield rates, Everlast Ryegrass gives the benefit of proven persistence, Wicher Ryegrass shows good early vigour and high forage and Zoom Ryegrass (+16 days) for extended season growth. The clovers used in this blend are coated with Group C Inoculant.
To ensure low sugar in your hay you would ideally cut this when you see 40% head emergence on the ryegrass, however for better quality hay you would cut before any head emergence.
