Description
This early maturing spineless barrel medic is a highly palatable annual legume that can be readily grazed at all stages of growth, with livestock consuming the leaves, stems and seed pods even through the summer months. It provides high nutritional value, particularly due to its elevated protein content, and contributes to soil fertility through effective nitrogen fixation. Its hard-seeded nature supports regeneration and persistence in the pasture system, while its productivity and resilience make it more reliable and persistent than sub clover in low-rainfall environments.

- Can handle slight waterlogging with flowering at 80-90 days
