Description
Cadiz is an early maturing pink pasture legume, proving extremely vigorous and productive. With very few to no hard seeds present, persistence can be poor after 2-3 years. Its growth pattern is similar to that of sub-clover but generally performs better on sandy acidic soils. Cadiz has the ability to boost pasture productivity in the first few years, by being utilized as a permanent pasture on poor acid soils where sub-clovers have failed. Cadiz provides good dry matter yields with the potential to regenerate well in the second season after sowing at much higher densities.
