Description
Turbo Persian Clover is a late-season, winter-growing annual capable of excellent winter and spring growth. This highly nutritious variety has exceptional regrowth capabilities after grazing allowing it to be sown early, continuing to produce late into the season. Its tall erect mature growth allows for ease of manageability, making it a suitable option for hay and silage.
Agronomic Information:
- Sowing Rates 5-15kg/ha as a standalone crop or 3-7kg/ha in a mix
- Rainfall 500mm+
- Suited to clay soils, tolerant of severe waterlogging and mildly saline soils
- Tolerant of frost and cold but will be slow-growing in these conditions
- Suited for grazing and hay production
