Jake Fisher is tasting success on several fronts for season 23/24, as he fires up for round 2 of the JSRA series at Trade Hire Margaret River Speedway this Saturday night.

At the annual Curly Fishlock event at RDA Collie Speedway last weekend, he won the feature with ever-growing confidence, blitzing the field to record his first feature race win for the season. Adding to that, he won overall points over all divisions on the night.

His new car is performing well and most of all he is using everything he has learned over the last couple of years to better his racing efforts, no matter where he races at.

This will culminate in more success in the events to come and it’s a heavy racing schedule for the youngster who has also now begun his working life now as well.

This Saturday will be no easy task, but the slick Margaret River Speedway circuit holds many great memories. Casting his mind back to his debut a couple of years ago where he dominated and won the feature race there and it was his first outing at the venue.

The annual JSRA travelling roadshow boasts some of the toughest Junior Sedan Competitors in WA, but Fisher understands if he wants to compete with the best, then this is where he has to do it.

Once again, a healthy field is lining up to tackle the 420m undulating track and for the young ace, he will leave no stone unturned in his quest for racing success.

With a big schedule on the horizon, Fisher will look at many venues and a long list of races as he prepares for the National Title in Grafton NSW in January.

If things keep progressing the way they are for the youngster, success will keep flowing for him as he sets himself up for a very bright future.
